FACILITES & MANUFACTURING
It's in our factory (Lachute) of more than 60,000 feet that our maple spas are manufactured.
FRAME
All our wooden frames are made with Canadian treated wood class 4 wich means that it's protected against biological attack and resist to bad weather and moisture.
The advantage of wood is to absorb vibration, in addition, the pumps are mounted on silent block for a quieter spa experiences.
INSULATION
The insulation of our hot tubs is enhanced and provides very low power consumption even at extreme temperatures. To provide an outstanding insulation, we use hight density polyurethan foam equipped with two thermo reflector faces.The heat of the pumps is recycled to heat the water while facilitating acces for ther maintenance.

SHELL & COVER
​Our shells are thermoformed and laminated in our Canadien plant. Our expertise allows us to offer an excellent finish and water resistance.
All our spa comes with a five inchs thick insulated cover who is also manufactured in Canada and is maintain by locks secured with a key.
TESTING
Once built, all our spas are tested in real conditions: Waterproofing, seals as well as various spa functions can be tested in optimal conmditions allowing us to ensure the best quality assemblage.
